Process characteristics:
1. Non-drying granulation at room temperature, one-time molding, less investment, quick results, and good economic benefits.
2. Small power, reliable operation, no discharge of three wastes, stable operation, convenient maintenance and low production cost.
3. The raw material has wide applicability and can be used for granulating various raw materials such as fertilizer, medicine, chemical industry, feed, and metallurgy. It is especially suitable for granulating rare earth, ammonium bicarbonate, ammonium sulfate, ammonium chloride compound fertilizers and compound fertilizers.

Process introduction:
1. Add the qualified raw materials into the high-efficiency mixer according to the ratio requirements and mix them evenly;
2. Transport it to the disc feeder, and remove the ferrous substances in the material during the transport process;
3. The material in the disc feeder enters the extrusion granulator evenly, and the material is forced to pass between the two pressure rollers to be extruded into thin slices. The flakes are crushed into pieces by the pulverizer under the pressure rolls and then screened. points; the material on the sieve continues to be crushed and sieved;
4. The semi-finished product is transported to the finished product screening machine: the fine particles after screening are directly returned to the disc feeder; the large particles are crushed by the pulverizer and then returned to the disc feeder;
5. After the screened products are rounded and polished by the rolling and polishing machine, they are transported to the automatic packaging scale for weighing, packaging and storage.
