The new buffer granulator is a kind of equipment for processing powdery raw materials into granules, which is suitable for high nitrogen content products such as organic and inorganic compound fertilizers. This machine is composed of frame, drum, internal stirring tooth granulation mechanism, internal transmission mechanism, external transmission mechanism and other components. 

Features:

1. The frame is welded with thickened channel steel.
2. The roll plate is welded by thickened steel plate and adopts the form of drum granulator.
3. The granulation mechanism adopts the tooth stirring granulation method.
4. The inner drive adopts coupling soft connection.
5. The external transmission adopts cast steel gear meshing for transmission.
